  This sort of thing would be spiffy in interactive mode. Say something like:

        sh$ svn <URL>
        svn: cd /to/my/dir
        svn: cat file
        ...
        svn: cp dir1 /new/project

and so on. One reason people use CVSWeb is to browser the repository without having to check it all out, and putting that ability in the SVN client is cool. Alternatively, we can leave it to a WebDAV OS-level filesystem.
