rdiff (Re: cmd line stuff (was: CVS update: ...))

  While we're mentioning rdiff, it would be swell if diff and rdiff output the same format diffs. That it, in CVS, rdiff/patch produces a valid patch file and diff does not (in particular when dealing with removed/added files). That would make it easier to produce a nice patch file without having to check in the changes.
