Okay:

   1. "export" command, yes.

   2. "export" command requiring date or version option, please no.
      It is not Subversion's place to enforce good CM policy, when
      such enforcement would obstruct other perfectly reasonable uses
      of Subversion. A good release engineer will pass the flag, a
      bad one won't. That's fine, let's just please not make it
      impossible for there to be other uses of "export". (And for the
      record, I *do* have other uses for export very often in CVS, and
      am forced to pass "export -D tomorrow" to get the behavior I
      need.)
