How about using -R for repository (instead of -d as in CVS). -r is used
a lot in CVS, so changing that is not a good idea, but -R is almost
never used, since it's the same as the default behaviour (recursive).

And I also support the idea of not having "global" and "command local"
options, that's why -r and -r clash. uhm. whatever. :)
