"modules" (was: Re: cmd line stuff)

Um. I'm not sure that I follow this, or if it is hand-waving at this point.

At the moment, an SVN repository is a URL. You give the client a URL and it
does the rest. The server figures out what it wants to do with that URL.

I don't understand what else is being suggested here, and/or how you can
compose/mix these URLs.
