fyi, my network

Just an fyi... my network basically went down two days ago. I'm on a backup
connection now, but at a greatly reduced rate (56k). While that is generally
fine for most people and supports a lot of different activities... it isn't
working for me. webdav.org is published from my house (along with a couple
other sites that see reasonably traffic). webdav.org is saturating my line,
so I've not been able to get much SVN work done (or much else for that
matter; I couldn't even commit a patch from Joe Orton against Apache(!)).

In any case... I'm in progress on moving the web sites off-site. I can
probably get some stuff done by this weekend, but I just wanted to drop an
"FYI" if anybody is wondering about my complete lack of commits.
