Suggestion to goals

Here are suggestions for an additional goals:

1. Improved permission model: the tool should be able to define its own
users and groups, or pass through to the OS.

2. Improved permission model: allow an administrator to permit/depermit
reads and/or commits on a per-branch and per-user (or group of users)
basis.

I'm ecstatic with the following goals:

Directories, renames, and file meta-data are versioned.
Commits are truly atomic.
Branching and tagging are cheap (constant time) operations
Repeated merges are handled gracefully

I'm sorry I don't have time to contribute and follow along in the group
(I'm already behind in other groups I'm volunteering in), but this
sounds very exciting. Best of luck!
