Need help building from source with Visual Studio 2008

I have checked out the source and followed the instructions from
INSTALL but have run into many issues trying to get the build to work.
Is there any documentation for building SVN specific to VS200x?

If not is anyone willing to assist me in getting SVN to build with VS?

I am not looking for someone to do my work and am more than happy to
document it and contribute for others.
