If you want urgent support then you should contact Collabnet or
another company that provides (paid) support for Subversion.

If you want best-effort support though, the least you could do is give
some more information, like:
- the OS of the server
- the OS of the client pc
- the version of svn on the server
- the version of svn on the client
- what error do you see? Do you get an error message? Segfault?
svnsync just hangs?

If you're using 1.6.x, can you try the sync using ra_serf instead of ra_neon?
