BTW, this is fixed in HEAD of vss2svn but I haven't yet released since
that fix. Simply adding "--" to the svn command line call takes care of it.

I'd love to have this script use the Perl bindings instead of command
line tools, but to my knowledge no one has gotten the Perl SWIG bindings
built properly on Win32. Once 1.1 is official I'm going to try to tackle
that issue again.
