Subclipse will do what you want, just make sure you get the right version
for the version of Eclipse you are using.

Also, you might think that it didn't work correctly after you refactor
because you no longer see the history. This is just a bug in retrieving
the history, if you use the svn command line the history is all still
there.

Subclipse has its own mailing lists, please move further questions over
there.
