Refactoring with Eclipse and Subversion

I was just going to do some refactorings using Eclipse which will
involve moving classes (files) from one package (directory) to another.
However, if I do that, then I won't be able to run "svn move". If I run
"svn move" first, then Eclipse won't be able to do its refactorings.

Is there a way around that?

I'm assuming no and am getting subclipse as this letter's bits hit the
streets which I'm hoping will do The Right Thing when I refactor. It
will, right? I'm also assuming subclipse is the best Subversion Eclipse
plugin around, right?
