Intermittently RepoBrower uses an SSH client other than the one specified in settings

Hello,
 
I have TortoiseSVN configured to use TortoisePlink as SSH client. When using the Repo Browser, TortoiseProc.exe invokes TortoisePlink most of the time but intermittently TortoiseProc.exe executes ssh (which happens to be in the path). What could cause this?
