Update. If that's not appropriate because the working copy isn't ready
to be updated, then it wouldn't be appropriate to show
repository-specific icons overlays, either. As mentioned in this thread
already, the working copy might be on a different revision than the
repository, and the repository's current status might change at any
time. There is therefore no reasonable way to make overlays apply to the
current repository data -- in TSVN, in any other SVN client, or with a
custom script.
