Sorry, but my crystal ball is not working right now. Too much
interference from the moon...

What are you trying to do? What are you doing step by step? What
happens? Do you get an error? Or a message? Or nothing? What url do you
try to checkout? Where do you enter the url? What path do you want to
check out to?

Seriously, just telling us that it "won't work" and you can't "download"
(TSVN doesn't download, it checks out, updates, ...) the "thing" (If
you're not a six year old, you should know that "things" have names) you
want - that is useless. We can't help you if you don't specify your problem.
