Yes. The Repo Browser is this tool.

You can access it by right-clicking pretty much anywhere and navigating
to TortoiseSVN->Repo Browser. If you do this in the Working Copy that
you used to import those files that you mentioned, then the Repo Browser
will start with the folder in the repository that contains said files
selected.
