TortoiseSVN context menu disappeared from FreeCommander

A weird thing has happened - I use FreeCommander because it is a
decent alternative to Windows Explorer that supports TortoiseSVN
icons. I've never had an issue with it over the past 3 years up until
last week.

When I right-click on certain subversion-controlled folders or files,
the extended TortoiseSVN menu is missing from the context menu. The
Update and Commit options are there, but the rest of the options are
gone. This only occurs on some folders and files within the working
folder, and only with FreeCommander, not Windows Explorer.

FreeCommander hasn't been updated in a long time, so the issue is
probably something that has changed with the latest TortoiseSVN
version (1.6.5) or maybe something in the registry somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
