Feature request: transfer progress

Greetings,

I checked the flyspray area and didn't see this.

When doing a transfer from the central server, which may be on a "slow"
(400kbps) line, some large files may take a while to transfer, but
the name of the file doesn't print until AFTER the transfer has completed.

It would be nice if the name of the file would print before the transfer
starts so I can see which file is taking the time to transfer. Also,
on the dev versions, file transfer rates are shown. That was nice --
could this be put into the release version, at least as an option?
