Minor related issue: Initially "Select / deselect all" is checked. If, while
the Delete Unversioned Items dialog is initializing (working to populate the
listbox) you try to deselect this checkbox, the dialog will stop responding
and have to be killed.

Granted, one should probably just not do this however ;)
