I was looking at the changesfor r21875 and also looking at some nearby
lines, wondering how the two accelerators "/" and "?" are invoked:

"/", IDM_ABOUT, ASCII, ALT, NOINVERT
"?", IDM_ABOUT, ASCII, ALT, NOINVERT

The difference between those accelerators and others seems to be the ASCII
property, but I wasn't able to produce any visible action in TBlame with
ALT+/ or ALT+? (i.e. ALT+SHIFT+/).
