Images in the docs

Hi Stefan, Lübbe,

I have updated and installed the new tools and the docs build without
error. However, I noticed that the single page html is missing most of
the images. The nightly is now 7.7M instead of the usual 8.9M so I
suspect they are missing from the CHM too.

Most of the docs are located in subfolders for server, repository and
DUG, and so the images are referenced from the source as
../images/*.png. When they are built, the html files are all in a
single directory, so the images should be referenced simply as
images/*.png. Since this was working before I presume there was some
conversion of paths going on in the build process which is no longer
working. Any clues anyone?
