Fixed in revision 6915.

Known problem. The Subversion library 1.3.x doesn't have the improved
log function which is required.

You can't really downgrade from an 1.4.x nightly build. That's because
your working copies got upgraded to the new format, and older clients
don't recognize that format so you'd have to re-check out your working
copies again.
Other than that, downgrading *should* work with the msi, but we can't
guarantee that. Maybe you need to uninstall first, then install the
older version again.
