Bug: Log - Stop on copy/rename

Hi All,

This is my first post to this list, so I'll start with a shout out to
all who have made TortoiseSVN great. Thanks!

When showing log history on a branch/tag, with the checkbox "Stop on
copy/rename" ticked, it shows the correct log history.

In the nightly build 1.4.0.6906:
When "Stop on copy/rename" is unticked, the dialog re-fetches the
logs, but doesn't display any log messages before the copy/rename.
Clicking "Next 100" fetches these logs.

In the release build 1.3.3.6219:
When "Stop on copy/rename" is unticked, nothing happens. Clicking
"Next 100" causes an error: REPORT request failed on
'/svnroot/jcl/!svn/bc/1545/tags/JCL197-Build2172'
'/svnroot/jcl/!svn/bc/1545/tags/JCLBuild2172' path not found

These tests were done on Win2k Pro SP4. Repository address:
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/jcl/tags/JCL197-Build2172

I couldn't test 1.3.5.6804 because I'd already installed the nightly
build and although the install appeared to succeed, it didn't actually
downgrade it. Is there a way to install this over the top of the nightly
build? Or if I uninstall/reinstall will I lose settings or history?

enjoy life,
           Elahn
