[TSVN] TortoiseMerge ignoring my changes

hello everyone,

we have this problem on every single workstation in the office (all winXP, win2k) with TortoiseSVN 1.1.3 using the SVN server 1.1.3 or 1.1.1 (doesn't matter).
when we do a "Check for modifications" and some file was modified both in the repository and in the working copy, and we double click it to open it in TortoiseMerge to view and compare the changes, the local changes in the working copy are just not displayed.

the part of the window is clearly labeled "Yours - Working Copy", but the changed code is just not there.

when i open the same file with the context menu "Diff" command directly from the Windows Explorer, my Working Copy changes are there.

this problem only exists with TortoiseSVN 1.1.3!
after a downgrade to 1.1.2, everything works okay.

any pointers on this ?

thanks & greetings,
lukas
