[TSVN] Windows XP SP2 won't boot post TortoiseSVN install

Greetings.

I just downloaded and installed "Version 1.1.3.2502 for
NT4/Win2k/XP" (not the special version) on my XP box. I have SP2
installed.

Upon reboot, Windows hangs prior to the splash screen. Does this sound
like something TortoiseSVN may have caused? And if it does, what might I
do about it?
