I can understand the confusion. IMHO there still should be a way to show
from the revision it was started on back to revision 1.

The most obvious solution (to me anyway) would be to add an extra
checkbox before "Stop On Copy" like "Start From HEAD". Then rename the
Show All button to just Show, or Refresh, or Reload or whatever.

This solution would work for Roel's original problem of not being able
to use Show All when looking at a revision prior to being copied.
