Well, that's supposed to happen. Sometime in the past, "show all"
would just use the same revision it was started with up to revision 1.
But then users complained, that "ALL" means really "all", and that
means HEAD to 1.

When Subversion 1.2 comes out, there will be a nice edit box (or
something like that) to enter the revision range you wanna get.
