I have to agree with this. Many people who use TSVN are windows users,
not windows programmers, and the concept of a shell extension might well
be unfamiliar. Most of my work is with embedded systems, so I use
Windows as a platform for cross compilers, but don't often delve into
the internals of it. Of course I had seen WinZip and other programs
integrate nicely into the explorer menus, but did not necessarily know
that it was called a "shell extension".

Personally I can see no harm in including a brief readme file. In fact I
will even volunteer to write one.
