That is harder, and I think Nathan's rev/author/line layout will make it
clear enough.

That level of customization doesn't appear anywhere else in SVN or TSVN,
so I am not very tempted to add it here ;-)

Because Blame does its colourizing based on rev and author, so I would
not want to take those 2 primary fields out of the display.

As I said before, changing existing text format easy, adding windows
hard.
