Committed in revision 1909.

The selection of Date/Author/LineNo columns is currently controlled by 3
const bool values. It will be relatively easy to adapt to reading some
form of column preference from the command line at a later stage.

Line numbers are allocated 6 digits, which keeps the format compact. If
you are viewing blame for files with >= 1,000,000 lines you need serious
therapy ;-)
