The right-drag move/copy entries aren't available in the 1.1.1 release.
That bug has been fixed already, but the one you're using doesn't have
those context menu entries.
So I guess you did a normal filesystem move instead, which of course
doesn't add the moved files in the new location.
You can use a nightly build if you want, or wait for the next release.
Or, you can use the rename command from the normal context menu - just
enter a full path to the new location instead of just a new name.
