[TSVN] move problem with tortoiseSVN

Hi,

first of all thanks for this (TortoiseSVN) wonderful tool, as the
Subversion repository administrator I know my ways around the svn clients
but for my users, Tortoise is really a life saver (svn under Cygwin wasn't
really an option for them :)))

I'm having the following problem with the move using the right drag/drop
menu:

if I move files, the files are deleted ok but are not added automatically
to the new location, however I can add them manually
for directories the, again the deletion is ok but no add is performed and
I'm not able to add these directories (Tortoise doesn't allow me to do so,
I can add but nothing is accomplish that way)

I'm using apache 2.0.48-3
subversion 1.1.1-1
tortoisesvn 1.1.1 1857

any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? I tried the move operation under svn
client on linux and its working as expected (delete and add in one
operation)
