[TSVN] Export dialog bug and merge dryrun suggestion

Hello,

I accidentally noticed a minor bug in the latest TSVN release. The
export dialog has a checkbox that says "only check out the top folder"
yet non-recursive exports are not allowed by the svn cli. Checking the
option and then ok performs a full export while svn export -N throws
an error.

Also, thanks for the svn merge --dry-run feature but, at the moment
it's pretty hard to use it (or at least it was for me :-). Right now,
after selecting the from and to urls and revisions and also checking
the dryrun checkbox, the user gets a list similar to an update list
After that, there are no options to actually perform the merge. So,
after pressing ok, I expected the merge window to pop back and allow
me to do the actual merge but instead the list closed and I had to
select the merge option from the context menu. The merge window hadn't
kept the previous settings and i had to select the revisions and url's
again.
This behaviour seems counterintuitive and will probably allow users to
make mistakes because they have to select the same revisions twice so
I think it would be better if one could get back to the merge dialog
to fiddle with the revision numbers, make another dryrun or perform
the merge.

using TortoiseSVN 1.1.0, Build 1769, UNICODE.

Thanks
