There is no export dialog in TSVN. Do you mean the checkout dialog? If
yes, then that's not a bug. You _can_ checkout non-recursively. It's
just not recommended to do that, and you could get into some trouble
later. But the checkout still should work. And it does here when I
non-recursively check out the doc folder of TSVN.
