Please provide details then. As far as I am concerned, it is impossible
for 1.4 JavaHL to not be able to read a 1.4 WC produced by the command
line. It is the exact same code using the same libraries. If you want to
insist that is the case, then you should try to reduce this to a test
scenario and report it to the Subversion devs. Or post here and I will do
it for you.

I know when you first sent these messages, we had not released 1.1.8 yet.
Have you tried with that version? JavaSVN did not support 1.4 until this
version.
