With every release except for 1.1.6, it is necessary to put libdb44.dll
somewhere in the PATH. In another message to someone else, I suggested
just putting Subversion 1.4's bin folder in your PATH and copying the
JavaHL DLL to that folder. Then in the Subclipse JavaHL folder, just
remove all of the DLL's so that they are all found in the Subversion bin
folder in your PATH. That will make it simpler when 1.4.1 comes out.
