subclipse and proxy

Hi all,

where does subclipse get its http proxy information from ? I'm trying to
access a subversion server on my internal network via http, but subclipse
(or subversion?) tries to go through a proxy, which does not support the
PROPFIND method. Browsing the same site via IE or Firefox does not use the
proxy, because the entire 10.* network is added to the proxy exceptions
list.
