JavaHL should link against libstdc++

I've been unable to use subclipse on Fedora (soon-to-be) 11 with Subversion 1.6.1, and it seems like the problem is in the linking of the javahl library. Here's the relevant bug report:
Following the instructions on bug filing, I'm checking here first to see if this is a known issue. Should I add it to the issue tracker?
