JavaHL should link against libstdc++

(NB: I tried posting this anonymously before through the website and I
suspect it didn't work -- sorry if this is a duplicate)

I've been unable to use Subclipse through Eclipse on Fedora
(soon-to-be) 11, and it appears to be because the javahl native
library is not linked against libstdc++. Here's a Fedora bug report
with the gory details:
    https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=496617

I've been sufficiently intimidated by the bug-filing instructions to
send this here instead of using the issue tracker. :) Should I file it
there too?

Best wishes,

MEF
