I suspect rb and pl support neither svn_repos_node_location_segments() nor
svn_ra_get_location_segments(), based purely on the fact that I see no
"thunking" of the svn_location_segment_receiver_t callback for those
languages. Alas, Python is my area of knowledge and concern.
