good news: 1.4.x tests pass with trunk server for ra_svn and ra_dav!

A few months ago I tried running the 1.4.x tests against trunk
svnserve, and found that they didn't pass. We fixed them, but they
were ra_svn-specific bugs, so I worried that there might be similar
bugs in ra_dav/mod_dav_svn. I finally got around to checking, and
good news: the test suite from 1.4.x passes with a 1.4.x ra_dav client
and a trunk mod_dav_svn server!

(Testing in the other direction is trickier and will require taking
more advantage of the new --server-minor-version flag for tests.
Hopefully I'll get to that soon...)

(Also, I should clean up and commit my local hack to davautocheck.sh
which made it relatively easy to run the compatibility tests.)
