Seems a bit awkward to talk about 'http-library' with values of 'dav'
or 'serf', since both libraries use DAV. It would make more sense to
me if the configuration interface called the two values 'neon' and
'serf'.

(I do know why libsvn_ra_dav is called that, and I suppose it wouldn't
be reasonable to actually rename it, since some client programs may be
dynamically linked to it even though they don't (directly) use it,
thanks to libtool's penchant for exaggeration.)

Regardless, thanks for making it possible to link both backends in.
