Alright, now that we have actually tried checking out new "fresh"
Working Copies on several workstations, we have at least two
workstations where the "Bogus Date" revision bumping error recurs, and
it always seems to correspond to a commit where new files or folders
have been added.
As I have said before, I have checked that all clients and servers
involved are in sync on local system time -- the main server is both a
Subversion and NTP server, and all the clients use the Subversion
server as its first choice in network time sync order. The alternate
Internet time servers also correspond to the same list that the main
server uses, to set its own time. All WinXP SP2 clients are confirmed
to have had the DST fix before this problem started. I doubt SuSE LES
9 or 10 needs any DST fix, but it's a fairly moot point since we are
past any DST changes.
One last thing is the "use-commit-times = yes" option in the
client config files. It was previously commented out on all clients
involved (I assume default is "no"). I am un-commenting it (setting
"yes") on some of the affected clients, to see if the situation
improves.
Any other suggestions, or can this officially be added to the
Issues database?

    Thank you,
    Jred
