I'm going to try running "svn switch svn:/server/repo/branch/path
C:\path" on some of these WC clients. The theory is, even though all
the server information is the same (name, repository paths, ids,
etc.), the clients are missing some small piece of metadata that is
only updated during a "switch" command, and that is somehow causing
the red herring "bogus date" errors. If that doesn't work, we'll try
the full wipe and re-checkout. WC clients that were checked out after
the server upgrade don't exhibit the problem behavior, so that will
probably do the trick.

Thanks!
Jred
