I'm having some trouble with the Windows build after updating to Apache
2.0.48 and r7563 of Subversion. The source of the trouble seems to be
that APU_HAVE_DB is defined as 0 in apu.h, so db.h is not being included
and things are quite bad thereafter.
It looks like apu.h is always generated (copied) with APU_HAVE_DB as 0
on Windows. Am I missing a step or something to get it generated with 1
on Windows? Or does something different need to be done? Apache and
the apr projects build just fine (with one minor ssl-config-file problem).
