On a slightly different note, Subversion with neon-0.24.4 does not seem
to be able to authenticate through SSL proxies. With neon-0.24.2 it
works fine, but updating to neon-0.24.4 and rebuilding I get:

svn: RA layer request failed
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/repos/svn/trunk'
svn: PROPFIND of '/repos/svn/trunk': Could not create SSL connection
through proxy server (https://svn.collab.net)
