Sander, we're planning SSL on svn.collab.net soon...

We're planning to turn on `https' access to svn.collab.net at the next
interim release, since it will involve a server upgrade anyway.

Sander, you've been helping out by answering Ben's irc questions about
SSL, and you volunteered to help out when the time came to upgrade the
server.

Ben, in his newly enlightened state, now says this is more of an
Apache setup issue than a Subversion issue. Is there some canonical
document (on the Apache site or wherever) that describes this process,
such that if we follow the document, we'll get https access on our
Subversion server? Is the material in our own INSTALL document
accurate? Should we insert references to some other documents?

Basically, if you can check that the Subversion tree has all the
information anyone would need to set up https access to their
repository, that would be great. Feel free to hack away at INSTALL
and any other documents as necssary.

Ideally, we want to set this up for our own server by following the
same instructions we offer for everyone else :-).

Thanks,
-K
