Bug in Microsoft Application -Subversion

This is regarding Bug 438116<https://domoreexp.visualstudio.com/MSTeams/_workitems/edit/438116>: [Subversion]Test blocked - Need test steps - Unable to get notifications in channel.
Our internal testing team has come across bug with your Subversion application in Teams we were hoping you could address. Issue: Unable to get the notifications in channel as the provided steps were not clear.

Repro Steps:​
1.Open teams.microsoft.com.​​
2. Go to teams>>channel.​​
3. Set up the connector.​​
4.Enter a name for Subversion ​
5.Do changes in Subversion portal like New commit.​
​​
Actual: Not able to get notifications after configuring connector in the channel​​
Expected: User should get notifications for actions performed in Subversion site.
