You're right, I meant Active Directory. I tried VisualSVN Server, and
it does indeed work perfectly out of the box! The
zero-configuration-needed AD integration was a nice surprise. And no
performance problem with httpd, so I guess there was some
incompatibility between Collabnet's version and my environnement.
