Hi Artur,
Is this the first time you're trying to set up an SVN repository? If
so, I highly recommend you read (at least the first chapters of) the
"svn book":
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/index.html
I think you have not set up your svn repository correctly. Normally,
you wouldn't have directories "branches" and "trunk" on your
filesystem. Those will be inside your repository (which should be
regarded a bit like a database, a black box if you will, with all the
versioned items inside), but are not directly related to files /
directories on your filesystem.
A subversion repository is created by running "svnadmin create
$REPOS". See here what the $REPOS directory will look like, after
creation:
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.reposadmin.basics.html
